With more than 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors, Jared advises on housing system stewardship, strategic policy, and commercial projects that improve the functionality and performance of residential markets.
He brings extensive expertise in socioeconomic development, complex governance, and program delivery across urban, regional, and remote settings. His work spans multiple jurisdictions and incorporates culturally appropriate delivery models, including Alliance contracting and Public–Private Partnerships.
Jared is known for his contemporary intergovernmental relationships and broad national networks. He works with market forces while promoting targeted, effective government intervention—helping businesses grow and strengthening communities both socially and economically.
Housing Next has formed a partnership with Habitat NT to deliver strategic input and effective project management for construction initiatives across the Northern Territory.
